Speech Evaluator is an AI-powered speech evaluation tool that analyzes your speaking skills and provides feedback based on Toastmasters evaluation standards. Our service helps you:

  • • Receive instant feedback on pacing, clarity, and confidence
  • • Track your progress over time
  • • Practice in a safe, private environment

Your Responsibilities

Fair Use Policy

Please use our service responsibly. Don't abuse the system, attempt to hack it, or use it for anything illegal or harmful.

  • ✓Be respectful: Use the service for its intended purpose - improving your speaking skills
  • ✓Protect your account: Keep your login credentials secure
  • ✓Appropriate content: Only record speeches appropriate for professional evaluation

Payment Terms

Pricing: Your first speech evaluation is free. After that, each analysis costs $4.99. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Payment processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We don't store your payment information.

Refunds: If you're not satisfied with your analysis, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. We want you to be happy with our service.

What's Not Allowed

To keep our service safe and fair for everyone, please don't:

  • • ❌ Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack our service
  • • ❌ Use automated tools to spam the system
  • • ❌ Record offensive, harmful, or illegal content
  • • ❌ Resell or redistribute our analysis results

Intellectual Property

The Speech Evaluator service, including all text, graphics, and code, is owned by us or our licensors. Your speech recordings and analysis results belong to you - we just provide the tool to create them.

Disclaimers

Service "As Is": We strive to provide accurate speech evaluation, but AI analysis isn't perfect. Use our feedback as a helpful tool, not absolute truth.

No Guarantees: We can't guarantee specific results or improvements. Your progress depends on your own practice and dedication.

Not Affiliated with Toastmasters: Speech Evaluator is an independent service not affiliated with Toastmasters International. We use their evaluation framework for educational purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
