We want you to be satisfied with every analysis. Here's our refund policy.

Free First Analysis

Your first speech evaluation is completely free. No credit card is required, and no refund is necessary since there's no charge.

Paid Analyses ($4.99 each)

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • ✓Technical failure: The analysis failed to generate due to a system error
  • ✓Incomplete results: The analysis was delivered but missing key sections
  • ✓Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same analysis

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Successfully delivered analyses are generally non-refundable as the service is consumed immediately upon delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at charliewang0322@gmail.com with the following information:

  • • Your payment receipt or transaction ID
  • • The date of the analysis
  • • A brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
